The Ribs

All ribs cooked at BrushFire are dry rubbed with our signature "BrushFire Pork and Rib Rub" before being slowed smoked with Mesquite and Pecan wood. Once you order your ribs you will select one of our 6 Sauces for us to grill on your ribs before we serve them.

The Rubs

All of our signature dry rubs are made from the freshest, high quality spices around and applied liberally to our meats. We then let our meats and rubs "play" together for a "while" before we smoke them. This helps all the flavors get fired up!
